Unbuilding is a network of Wicklow artists and curators network bringing together eleven artists and three curators who are based in Wicklow, or who have a connection to the place. Beginning as a meeting place for exchange of ideas and critical support on practice it is established as a network where there is a strong commitment to development of new work for exhibition/ events and other platforms and with an emphasis on collective exchange and critical support of different ways of working through peer response and shared inputs. *************************************** May2010: the Material Consequence at the blue wall gallery, Cavan, curated by Cliodhna Shaffrey see documentation here>>. In February 2010 showed the work "Skying"(pictured above) in Invisible, a show curated by Black Church Print Studio Open & Invited Exhibition Curated by Oliver Dowling, John Graham, and Margaret O’Brien.
In April showed a video piece and photography with Moody at Traktor Art Fair, Brussels.
In May '09 I participated in an exhibition at The State Museum of Modern Art, Thessaloniki, this is a parallel event to the Thessaloniki Biennale "art in times of uncertainty". This work was initiated during the eMobiLArt mobile Lab for interactive artists with a series of workshops in Rovaniemi, Finland and Athens Greece. Also showed this work in Heavier-than-air flying machines are impossible New video works by Irish artists selected by Pallas Contemporary Projects for Project 304, Bangkok: www.project304.org. It was shown at The Jim Thompson Centre for the Arts.
